The data protection declaration provides you with the opportunity to find out about the processing of your personal data published on the web site www.kvarnertrails.com (hereinafter referred to as Page) owned by AD NATURA SPORT d.o.o. ANS is responsible for collecting personal data and uses it exclusively for the purposes of organizing the trail running series Kvarner Trails.
Data we collect Your personal data required for participation in the Kvarner Trails series will be collected exclusively through the online application forms of the partner companies with whom ANS cooperates and that provides services of data logging and data processing, as well as timing and results announcement. Application forms are personally and voluntarily filled by participants. We do not process more personal data than neccasary. In the application for the Kvarner Trails race series we require your full name (first and last), gender, year of birth and the country of origin, email address, club or organization, t-shirt size and the preferred type of meal as well as consent compliance for receiving Kvarner Trails newsletter (all the above information is reffered to as "registration data" ). The above mentioned registration data is stored in our records of registered competitors. We request and process the above information with a purpose of your registration and implementation and organization of the race for which you have applied. In order for your data to be up to date and in order to process it in accordance with the legal regulations, we are authorized to cooperate with external service providers / data collectors and processors.
Data storage time The data you have provided during registration is stored for the entire duration of your participation in the race / races of the Kvarner Trails series and are kept permanently. Photos and videos being recorded just before, during and after the race and used for internal needs and event promotions and contributors / sponsors for the purpose of meeting our obligations are also kept permanently.
Protecting Your Personal Data ANS respects your privacy and processes your personal data fairly and legally. We store your personal data electronically, and for the purpose of protection we apply the appropriate technical, organizational and personnel protection measures and procedures to protect personal data from unauthorized access.
